Wessanen – Projectmanagement jaarverslagen (1998-2010)

Voordat ik als zelfstandige aan de slag ging werkte ik als communicatiemanager bij Wessanen, een multinationale beursgenoteerde onderneming. Ik was hier o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het maken van het (financiële) jaarverslag en het sociale jaarverslag, wat later opging in het duurzaamheidsverslag.

De verslagen waren tweetalig en moesten uiteraard voldoen aan allerhande richtlijnen voor beursgenoteerde ondernemingen. De deadline was strak en onverbiddelijk; iets wat ik vooral als prettig en motiverend ervaar. In de jaren van strategische heroriëntatie hebben we speciale bijlages gemaakt waarin we tekst en uitleg gaven over de strategie, de doelstellingen en geplande en reeds uitgevoerde acties.

Ik heb tussen 1998 en 2010 in totaal 12 jaarverslagen van begin tot eind begeleid. Met veel plezier, een strakke planning, af en toe een strenge blik, een flinke portie creativiteit, begrip en flexibiliteit, en vooral ook een groot gevoel van samenhorigheid – tot in de late, late uurtjes…
